Spiced Yogurt Chicken

This chicken recipe is great for dinner with rice or keep in fridge for wraps, salads etc.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek Yogurt

  • 3-4 Chicken Breasts (or 5-6 chicken thighs)

  • 2 Tsp Garlic Powder

  • 2 Tsp Onion Powder

  • 2 Tsp Paprika

  • 1 tsp Turmeric 

  • Juice half lemon

  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil 

  • Fresh Cilantro or 2 tsp colander 

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp ground pepper 

Instructions:

  • Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix together.

  • Score your chicken so marinade can get right in. Mix chicken in yogurt mix and leave to marinade for 30 mins if you can. 

  • Air fry at 390°F (depends on Air fryer) for 20-25 mins.
