High Protein Breakfast

If you are looking for a high protein meal, then here you go, my friend!! Protein pancakes with cottage cheese, and a side of eggs is just what the strength trainer ordered!!

Pancakes 19 grams protein

Cottage Cheese 13 grams protein 1/4 cup

Eggs 6 grams protein per egg

Kodiak Pancakes

Follow instructions on the box making sure to add the extra recommended protein! I don’t usually drink milk so I only add the egg.

I add cottage cheese to the top. 13 grams of protein in 1/4 cup!

I top with fruit and I always use maple syrup because it is sooooo much healthier than other brands of “fake” syrup. (check ingredients and stay away from corn syrup)
