Fresh God Encounters

Whenever I’m looking for a fresh encounter with the Lord, I change my posture. I change my routines and rituals.

🧎🏼‍♀️I may drop to my knees instead of propping my feet up.

🚶🏼‍♀️I may go for a walk and listen for His still small voice in nature.

🚗I may take a drive to a spot with beautiful scenery and take in His creative handiwork.

🗣I may find a secluded spot where I can literally open my mouth and pray out loud so only He hears the desperation and cries of my heart.

🎧 I may turn the worship music up loud, lift my hands in the air, and sway to the rhythm of true love.

👩🏼‍🤝‍👩🏻 I may contact a Christian mentor for a coffee date so I can learn how to walk more closely with Christ.

If your relationship with God seems stale and boring, press in. Focus. Lay down the distractions and pursue the One your heart was made for.
