Egg & Sausage Cups
Ingredients:
12 eggs
8oz breakfast chicken sausage, chopped
4 green onions, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
Preheat oven to 375°.
Spray muffin pan.
Crack egg in each muffin spot.
Add sausage, green onions, salt and pepper.
Loosely cover with foil and place in oven for 20-25 mins or until egg is slightly firm.
