Egg & Sausage Cups

Ingredients:

  • 12 eggs

  • 8oz breakfast chicken sausage, chopped

  • 4 green onions, sliced 

  • Salt and pepper to taste 

Procedure:

  • Preheat oven to 375°.

  • Spray muffin pan.

  • Crack egg in each muffin spot.

  • Add sausage, green onions, salt and pepper.

  • Loosely cover with foil and place in oven for 20-25 mins or until egg is slightly firm.
