Chicken and Veggie Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
2 cups chopped chicken, cooked
1 cup bell peppers, chopped
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1 cup broccoli
1 zucchini, chopped
3 carrots, peels and chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbls coconut oil
2 tbls coconut aminos
Procedure:
Chop all veggies and chicken.
Heat coconut oil in pan.
Add all ingredients on high and sauté until cooked and still a little crunchy.
Serve with rice.
