Chicken and Veggie Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups chopped chicken, cooked

  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped 

  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped

  • 1 cup broccoli

  • 1 zucchini, chopped

  • 3 carrots, peels and chopped 

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 tbls coconut oil

  • 2 tbls coconut aminos

Procedure:

  • Chop all veggies and chicken.

  • Heat coconut oil in pan.

  • Add all ingredients on high and sauté until cooked and still a little crunchy.

  • Serve with rice.
