Sheetpan Turkey Kabobs

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds ground turkey

  • 1/2 cup chopped onions

  • 3 tbls tomato paste

  • 5 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 4oz can diced green chilis

  • 1 tbl onion powder

  • 1 tbl garlic powder

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 2 tsp olive oil

Procedure:

  • Mix all ingredients together except for olive oil.

  • Place in a pan and divide in long kabob shapes.

  • Drizzle with olive oil.

  • Bake for 10-12 mins at 425°f.

  • Serve with tzatziki cucumber yogurt sauce and tomato cucumber salad
