Sheetpan Turkey Kabobs
Ingredients:
2 pounds ground turkey
1/2 cup chopped onions
3 tbls tomato paste
5 garlic cloves, minced
1 4oz can diced green chilis
1 tbl onion powder
1 tbl garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp olive oil
Procedure:
Mix all ingredients together except for olive oil.
Place in a pan and divide in long kabob shapes.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 10-12 mins at 425°f.
Serve with tzatziki cucumber yogurt sauce and tomato cucumber salad
